The Albanian recently appeared on YFull is not the only one with the I-FGC22045 haplogroup.
There are three persons with this haplogroup on the FamilyTree DNA Y tree.
-----------------------------------
1) Stephan WD, originary from Opuzen, Croatia. He is (with the name Stephan Wagner D) co-administrator of the I-P109 project on FTDNA.
https://www.familytreedna.com/groups/y-dna-i-p109/about/background2) Mr. Nuzda, who doesn't say his place of origin. His real name is probably Nužda.
Acta Croatica says about this surname:
"In Croatia, Nužda families are predominantly Serbs, rarely Croats. [...] Most of the properties owned by the Nužda family are located in Sisak-Moslavina County, Brod-Posavina County and Istria County."
https://actacroatica.com/en/surname/Nužda/
So, he can be of Serb, Croatian or Vlach origin (from Istria).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Istro-Romanians3) A person from Macedonia.
-----------------------------------
Stephan WD is a Y-12 and Y-25 match with my father. Mr. Nuzda is a Y-25 match with my father. The Macedonian doesn't appear as a Y-STR match with my father, probably because he has chosen to remain anonymous and not participate in the matching process.
None of these three persons has taken the Big Y test, only the Y-37 test and then bought SNP packs. This is why none is a Big Y match with my father.
The Norman theory stays true, because in both trees (FTDNA and YFull) there are no people from the Balkans above the I-FGC22045 branch, so an ancient Vlach origin of the haplogroup I-FGC22045 is not possible.
But above I-FGC22045 there are many persons originating from Scandinavia, for example the one who has the I-FGC22048 haplogroup, which is the parent haplogroup of I-FGC22045. This person is named Rolf J. and his most distant known ancestor on the paternal line has lived between 1663-1755 in Lönnerberga, Sweden.
Rolf J. has taken only the Y-37 test, and he is a Y-12 match with my father. Those that have the I-FGC33034 haplogroup (or one derived from it), can search the name Rolf in the Y-12 match list on FTDNA.
Below are some screenshots that illustrate what I have said in this message and which are hosted on my Google Photos account.
