Не сећам се да смо помињали овај сајт. Доста добри бесплатни аутосомални алати. Налик на GEDmatch. Аутор је изгледа некада био управо део GEDmatch.

- Phoenix: This free tool partially reconstructs a parent of a selected child donor by extracting shared DNA from family members on the same side of the family as the target parent.
- Darkside: This free tool partially reconstructs a parent of a selected child donor by isolating DNA from the opposite copy of the child's chromosomes across regions where the child shares DNA segments with family members on the opposite side of the family as the target parent.
- Kit Comparison Tool: This free tool allows you to compare any two of your DNA kits and iden- tify Half Identical Regions (HIR) and Fully Identical Regions (FIR) with customizable thresholds. You can set your own cM, MBP, SNP, and mismatch thresholds to fine-tune the comparison. This provides an alternative to the Chromosome Browser available on match screens, giving you direct control over kit selection and threshold parameters.
- Reverse Phase: This tool allows users to phase their DNA using the DNA of a child rather than a parent. Пробао сам реконструкцију оца (није тестиран), на основу мајчиног и свог RAW-a. Реконструисано 47% профила, број SNP (без no-calls) 535,085, са Суперкитом чак 957,149, што је веома добро.
Касније овај добијени RAW фајл можете отпремити на DNAGenics, такође бесплатно, и користити за разне Admixture калкулаторе као и за K36>G25 симулацију и сл.
