Већина вероватно користи овај сајт, згодан је зато што су објединили више калкулатора и алата на једном месту. Недавно су убацили и мапе старе Y-DNA и mtDNA.

За аутосомалну, најбоље је имати праве G25 координате (15e код Davidskog). Ко нема, може да користи симулацију K36 > G25, али то нису прави резултати, често су и дистанце мање, зато што код симулација калкулатор углавном "испегла" резултат да се најбоље уклапа.
Од алата бих издвојио:
1. Second Parent
Ако имате своје резултате и резултате једног родитеља, лако можете добити G25 резултат другог родитеља. Иако је то симулација, вероватно доста верно приказује резултат, будући да су ово координате, геометрија-математика. Није admixture, где компоненте не морају равномерно да се наслеђују од сваког родитеља. Нпр. ја имам свој и мајчин прави G25, па сам израчунао и очев, који могу да користим у калкулаторима. Дистанце за Secon Parent су углавном мало веће, што је вероватно нормално.
2. Simulate Your Grandparents
Условно, симулација предака - деде, прадеде, бабе, прабабе (али углавном 4 претка). Заправо покушај да вас калкулатор одреди кроз четири тачке.
3. G25 Analyzer
Класичан G25 рачунач. Одређује најмању дистанцу у односу на модерне популације, а затим описује вашу позицију кроз више других популација.
4. Phylogenetic Dendrogram
Интересантан алат, који кроз стабло описује вашу позицију, а испод приказује 20 (или 30) популација-просека са којима имате најмању дистанцу.

Прилично очекивани резултати, с обзиром на порекло. Сви смо у оквиру неког српског просека, с тим што мајка гравитира истоку Балкана, отац благо западним областима, а ја сам негде на централној позицији.
За оца ме мало чуди да нема више немачких просека у својим резултатима, будући да му је мајка највећим делом немачког порекла. Моја је претпоставка да ти јужни Немци нису PCA позицијом далеко од динарских Срба, а генерално имају скроман словенски уплив, па га зато G25 не баца превише ка северу, чак ни према Хрватима, Мађарима и Словенцима, него га држи стабилно међу динарским Србима.

Убацили су нови алат: Ethnicity Guesser (2,607 populations)
Баш иду на "шминку", када користиш преко телефона избаци ти резултат са све српском заставом. Али ако су им просеци, тј. реферетни узорци ок, а требало би да јесу, нов је програм, онда је примамљив за употребу, пошто само треба копирати своје G25 координате.

За оца поузданост већ није велика и дистанце су такође веће. Два су разлога, у питињу је симулација Second Parent (даје вероватно приближну слику) и притом мешовито порекло. У сваком случају овакве координате га држе у оквиру западнобалканског кластера.

Simulated G25 Analyzer је сигурно најинтересантнији алат на Explore Your DNA. Доноси све оно што нам треба од G25. Којој смо модерној популацији најближи и у 2-Way Mixture Analysis које две популације најбоље описују наш положај.
Потребно је копирати Scaled координате: https://www.exploreyourdna.com/Tools/SimulatedG25Analyzer
Поставите првих 10 најближих популација и првих 10 у 2-Way. 4-Way и више може већ да доведе до појаве шума, али и евентуално боље ухвати различите утицаје.
Ако се пошљу координате њима директно (Advanced Ancestry Report) по правилу ће наћи још боље 2-Way уклапање (мања дистанца), зато што им је већа база него на сајту. Мој резултат доста добро описује моје порекло.
Срби углавном добијају модел неке балканске популације (Срби, Македонци, Грци) + Источни Словени и/или Балти.

Добро, нашли су ти стабилнији модел на њиховом извештају, иако су дистанце мало веће. 8) То је оно о чему сам причао, Срби добијају углавном модел: Централни / Јужни Балкан + Источни Словени.

Јако стабилан модел и добро описује јужнословенски аутосомални профил који нагиње централним и источним областима Балкана. Грчка Македонија у овом случају представља старобалканску основу уз одређени словенски утицај, док су Литванци и Украјиници мање више чист балто-словенски уплив.

Не мора ништа да се склања, такав је калкулатор. Ако идемо том логиком, може се избацити и Germanic, итд. Просто некога калкулатор боље опише са тим просеком, некога без. Вас и Стефана је добро описао са Early Slavic, али онда по правилу испада Балтик, или иде на мањи проценат. Зато се код вас двоје појављује и Panonnian-Danube.
Panonnian-Danube претпостављам представља неко староседелачко становништво Паноније и Горњег Дунава, или неки германско-романско-словенски микс. Данас су најближи просеци међу Немцима, Мађарима, Словенцима:

3) Italo-Iberijci: Italic ili Etruscan jer predstavlja mediteranski profil. Ovde bi se matematički uklopio i Paleo-Balkanic zbog sličnosti, tako da sa Balkana uzimamo Paleo-Balkan.
4) Istočna stepa: Avar, jer je ključan za detekciju istočno-evroazijskog uticaja (avarski period).
5) Uralic: Sadrži specifičan sibirsko-uralski pomak, različit od standardnog slovenskog signala.

Uradio sam proračune za sve pripadnike roda Ozrinića, na osnovu G25 koordinata Davidskog sa ovim tvojim koordinatama, i uporedio sa ranijim rezultatima, kao i sa Illustrative DNA.

Мислим да је Кочовић ишао логиком да су ти Early Slavic PCA позицијом релативно близу Paleo-Balkanic. Стога је у калкулатор ставио дијаметрално различите просеке, што је за G25 веома добро. Као што су Paleo-Balkanic и East-Med-Euro веома близу, па нема разлога да оба стоје у калкулатору.

За нас на Балкану је релевантније да узимамо у обзир старословенску, а не балтичку компоненту, јер Словени приликом миграција на југ нису имали аутосомални профил Летонаца и Литванаца.
Razumem tvoju logiku, istorijski si u pravu da Srbi iz 7-8. veka nisu identični modernim Letoncima. Međutim, ovde nije reč o istorijskoj simulaciji, već o matematičkoj stabilnosti G25 kalkulatora.
Problem sa Early-Slavic uzorcima je što su oni matematički 99.8% identični sa Baltic uzorcima. Ako u kalkulatoru imaš dve komponente koje su skoro iste, algoritam postaje nestabilan (možda si čuo za izraz na engleskom - overfitting). Biramo Baltic jer on predstavlja "čistiji" genetski pol te severne komponente.
Cilj je da imamo što manje preklapanje (overlap) između labela. Baltic nam služi kao "sidro" za severni drift, dok Paleo-Balkanic služi kao sidro za južni. Na taj način dobijamo najprecizniji uvid u to koliki je stvarni udeo slovenske, a koliki starobalkanske genetike, bez "šuma" koji bi unela Early-Slavic komponenta koja je i sama često blago pomerena ka jugu.

Да, али када се добије 25 координата, треба проверити угао између сваке две координате и видети да ли је тај угао мали као за ове две координате које си приказао на слици. То је 3.000 различитих парова. Очекивао бих да се нађе барем неки пар који показује разлику.

Rekao bih da G25 kalkulatori uvek nađu neko od mogućih rešenja, jer je algoritam grantovano konvergentan (nadje se zbir kvadrata razlika po koordinatama i izvadi koren iz tog zbira kvadrata) -on nalazi minimum euklidovske distance, i sam odredjuje to jedno iz mnoštva mogućih rešenja, nego je pitanje koliko je to rešenje smisleno i koliko realno odražava komponente u uzorku. Nije mi se do sada desilo da kalkulator prijavi problem singularnosti.
Ukratko, ovaj G25 kalkulator radi kao i svaka gatara: koju god kartu da izvučeš - ona ima priču i za to, nema problema, to je samo pitanje njene imaginacije (i naše pshihologije) :)
Druga je stvar sa F4 statistikama i qpAdm analizom, koji su rigorozniji, i imaju kriterijum greške, pa ako niste prošli - idete u iteracije.

Rekao bih da G25 kalkulatori uvek nađu neko od mogućih rešenja, jer je algoritam grantovano konvergentan (nadje se zbir kvadrata razlika po koordinatama i izvadi koren iz tog zbira kvadrata) -on nalazi minimum euklidovske distance, i sam odredjuje to jedno iz mnoštva mogućih rešenja, nego je pitanje koliko je to rešenje smisleno i koliko realno odražava komponente u uzorku. Nije mi se do sada desilo da kalkulator prijavi problem singularnosti.
Ukratko, ovaj G25 kalkulator radi kao i svaka gatara: koju god kartu da izvučeš - ona ima priču i za to, nema problema, to je samo pitanje njene imaginacije (i naše pshihologije) :)
Druga je stvar sa F4 statistikama i qpAdm analizom, koji su rigorozniji, i imaju kriterijum greške, pa ako niste prošli - idete u iteracije.
G25 samo radi PCA preslikavanje vaših alela u koordinatu sa 25 komponenti. Taj koordinatni sistem ima 25 osa.
Pitanje je bilo zašto Baltic a ne Early-Slavic? Ja sam objasnio da oba vektora maltene pokazuju u istom smeru, što znači da su maltene kolinearni (mogu se konstruisati na istoj liniji, ali im se magnitude možda razlikuju), a pošto Baltic sadrži "antičkije" komponente njega biramo.
Da, naravno da je ADMIXTOOLS neuporedivo bolji jer je zasnovan na f-statistici (frekvenciji korelacije alela).
Nemoj da se zbuniš jer nakon PCA/f-statistike oba modela se baziraju na linearnoj algebri (mada različitim delovima - PCA se zasniva na geomterijskom modelovanju, a f-statistika na faktorizaciji matrice).

Ne, nisam poredio PC1 i PC2. Poredio sam vektore pravca/trenda za Baltic i Early-Slavic. Kosinusna sličnost određuje trend, tj. da li su vektori kolinearni, upravni itd, kao i orijentaciju, a sve u jednom broju.

Napisao sam da je to primer (jer kako da nacrtam 25-dimenzionalni vektor?). Ali 2 ili 3 dimenzije se mogu nacrtati. Poena je da ako ubacis u formulu iz trigonometrije: a•b = |a|•|b| cos(a, b) dobiješ kosinusnu sličnost dva vektora. Ovde su ti a i b vektori, a |a| i |b| magnitude vektora a i b. Ta formula ti daje ugao izmedju dva vektora, tj. da li pokazuju u istom smeru.

Ne može kao 25-dimenzionalni vektor, ali može se videti kao koordinatni profil, koji jeste vizualizacija 25D vektora kao linijskog grafikona.
I ako se pažljivo gleda može se videti da su profili skoro identični na svih 25 dimanzija, a ne samo na prve dve. Ovo je preglednije nego slika u 2D ili 3D prostoru.

Нема, наравно. Ако су свих 25 координата приближно исте онда не можемо разликовати шта је од чега потекло.

А што су нашли да ме опишу кроз Геге и херцеговачке Хрвате, нису могли наћи веће непријатеље Срба. :D

Проширили су узорак модерних популација за овај алат, сада је 3088 (неких 500 више), па су се и резултати утолико променили. Убацио сам Давидски координате добијене на основу Суперкита (FTDNA + 23andMe). Изгледа да је RAW са 23andMe комплетирао-употпунио слику, па су и резултати прецизнији. Иако сам остао у истим, или сличним кластерима, дистанце су нешто ниже, а посебно ми делују смисленије ови 2-Way модели, који тачније описују порекло, тј. позицију.
Није ми само јасно код ове процене, зашто сам овај пут испао Црногорац, када су ми и даље Срби најближи по дистанцама (али није шија, него врат). Вероватно да раде неки просек просека и сл.
