Данас добих нову поруку од Берниа :
Mr. Nebojsa Stankovic
I compared your Geno 2.0 raw data to 22 other I-L621 files and here is what I found. Summary: you are very clearly in the big Dinaric group which is found all over Eastern and Central Europe (and Western Europe, the Middle East, North Africa in very small amounts). You are not in the small groups called "Dinaric-cousin" and "Disles".
You have no SNP results unique to yourself, and you have one "no call" which eventually may be interesting.
This is my last email about your Geno 2.0 results, but please let me know if you have any questions, and thank you.
Bernie
See this tree for reference:
http://i2aproject.blogspot.com/2014/01/top-level-snps-in-i-p372.html1) You have all the normal results for a "Dinaric" person:
you are P37.2+ (and positive for many equivalent SNPs)
you are M423+ and L178+ (and positive for 8 equivalent SNPs)
You are L621+ (and positive for 7 equivalent SNPs)
You are CTS4002+ CTS10936+ CTS11736+
You are CTS5966+ CTS10228+
And you are negative for the SNPs on the other branches (you are M26- and L161- for example).
There are several SNPs that have each been found positive in only one Dinaric person so far, you are negative for all of these: you are CTS5780- CTS8249- PF3195- PF4309- PF879- .
There is one Dinaric who has an apparent back mutation at PF3618 but you have the normal PF3618+ result like all other Dinarics.
2) You have no positive or negative SNP results unique to yourself.
3) You have one no call that isn't widely shared by all I2a people. Geno 2.0 tested approximately 12,052 SNPs on your Y chromosome, and a no call means that they weren't able to determine your result at a particular SNP. Sometimes this is just due to poor sample quality or some small problems in the running of their test, but other times a no call is caused by an actual mutation that you inherited from your father etc. People who share this no call may be in the same branch of the Dinaric haplogroup as you.
Your no call:
F2039 shared with Kaftan, Latosky and Szelezak
So does this shared no call mean that any of these people are your closest relatives to have done the Geno 2.0 test? I don't think we have enough evidence yet. Kaftan, Latosky and Szelezak also received Geno 2.0 results very recently and maybe the shared no call is because Geno 2.0 changed the way it reports results, this happens fairly often. On the other hand, there have been some other recent Dinaric Geno 2.0 test with the normal F2039- results. I will let you know what we learn.
Видећемо шта ће бити касније.
