Једна од најмистериознијих хаплогрупа код нас (у смислу како је дошла). Врло је ретка у динарском појасу, али је свакако присутна у Црној Гори, на нашем југу, па и даље ка Грчкој...

Небојша:
Видех малопре да Ђорђевићи из околине Лепосавића (Ковачани) имају поклапање у Бугарској (анонимно истраживање).

И хаплотип Павловића из Врања (друга подграна) се јавља на том истраживању, што иде у прилог оној тези да је хаплогрупа I2-M223 широко распрострањена на истоку, тј. југоистоку Балкана.
