Да додам још за Цисовског или Цхисофског (како пишу да се правилно чита). Успио сам ископати његово поријекло. Ради се о Американцу пољског поријекла. Детаљнији подаци се налазе на сљедећем линку.
http://www.benbowfamily.com/getperson.php?personID=I2515&tree=B1Walter Cisowski (pronounced "Chi-soff-ski" in Polish) came to the U.S. in 1907 on the Otavi, leaving Hamburg on 11 May and arriving in New York on 27 May. The Ellis Island database has the boat manifest. Walter came to the U.S. with a 3rd-grade education. He was a celebrated master tailor in Gary, Indiana, for fifty years, working for two major men's clothing stores, until he had a stroke.
The immigration and naturalization data on the 1920 and 1930 census records is inaccurate in places.
In fact, Walter filed his declaration of intention on 14 Oct 1918, stating that he had arrived on the Rutravia on 28 May 1907, and was born in Przeciszow, Galicia, Austria on 25 June 1890. Apparently, he never finished the process of naturalization.
On the 1920 census Walter stated that his parents were born in Poland, but on the 1930 census he stated they were born in Austria. This is due to the changing political state boundaries during that era.
On his application for a Social Security account number, dated 4 December 1936, he stated he was born June 25, 1890, in Wilamowice, Poland, and that his father's full name was Andrew Cisowski, and his mother's full name was Sofia Kosmaty. He was living at 1107 Marshall Street, Gary, Indiana, and working at The Model Clothiers, 732-36 Broadway. He was given SS # 317-09-5084.
