Да, доста нових СНПова, али нажалост још нема оних који диференцирају Динарик бар за почетак на Нортх и Соутх...

Pisao sam juče Kenu Nordtvedtu u vezi jednog SNP o kome smo diskutovali i ranije, a to je P41.2. Taj Snp je negativan na Isles, Disles, većinu Dinarika, ali se pojavljuje kao pozitivan unutar male grupe haplotipova u Dinaric South. Postaviću ovdje prepisku između mene i Nordtvedta.

Bernie Cullen: P41.2/M359 is reported to be below M423, and some studies haves found 1% or
so of M423+ men in certain areas to belong to P41.2, they are in countries
like Bosnia, Croatia, maybe Bulgaria, Romania etc. It seems likely to me
that P41.2 is below L621, meaning P41.2+ is part of the Dinaric group.

Ken Nordtvedt : The 72 STR P41+ haplotype I have is certainly Dinaric and of the DYS448 =
19 variety.

Siniša Jerković: I am an administrator of Serbian DNK Project. I was planning to ask you earlier about P41.2 since I read some of your previous posts where you also said that P41.2+ is just one tiny segment of Dinaric branch. As far I remember you mentioned some STR values typical for P41.2+ branch. It would be really helpfull if you could send me some typical P41.2+ haplotype since I don't have any. We are trying to isolate some clusters inside Serbian I2a Dinarics. I would also appreciate if you could watch at Serbian "I" haplotypes and give some comment. Here is the one and only P41+ 67 marker haplotype I have. I think I had it
measured some years ago. There is no surname; just P41plus. It is also in
Ysearch.

Siniša Jerković:Thank you, Ken. In Serbian DNA Project I found only two short haplotypes that match this P41.2+ in first 12 markers. Both surnames are from Croatia. However it is strange that we don't have till now SNP which divides Dinaric South and North, and there is SNP P41.2 + which define subgroup inside Dinaric South.

Kao što se vidi iz prepiske postoje dva haplotipa za koje bismo mogli pretpostaviti da su P41.2+ , a to su Jareb sa ostrva Prvića, Hrvat dakle, i Buzina iz Gornjeg Jesenja isto u Hrvatskoj. Očigledno je dakle da je ovo mutacija koja se desila na nekoj malđoj grani Dinaric South. Možda ima još haplotipova bliskih ovoj dvojici koji su takođe P41.2+.
